It relies on an electric actuator to achieve timed fully automatic backwash filtration, sewage discharge, and cleaning. And its cleaning and discharge are completed simultaneously during the online filtration process, without the need to stop the water flow. Fully automated, automatic filtration, sewage discharge, and automatic backwashing have been achieved. The biggest feature is the realization of unmanned operation.

II There are two types of control forms for electric automatic sewage filters
A automatically discharges pollutants according to the set pressure difference; B discharges pollutants at designated intervals. Regardless of which form is chosen, on-site manual operation control is retained.
B. According to the set interval time and on-site conditions, freely setting the interval time and timed discharge is a highly recommended form of automatic discharge. According to the cleanliness of the medium and the needs of the pipeline system, the backwash filtration time can be set, relying on an electric actuator to achieve timed online non-stop fully automatic backwash filtration, sewage discharge, and cleaning.
A. According to the set pressure difference, when the electric sewage filter is in normal filtering state, the electric reducer does not start and the sewage valve is closed. Water enters the water filter cylinder from the inlet, creating a pressure difference. As the filtration continues, impurities adhere to the filter screen, causing the pressure difference to increase. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the filter enters a self-cleaning state. The electric reducer starts to drive the filter core at the set speed, and the electric sewage starts. At this time, impurities will be discharged from the pipeline system through the sewage outlet with a certain amount of water, completing automatic rotation, automatic cleaning, and automatic sewage discharge process. After the automatic sewage discharge process, the electric reducer stops running, the electric sewage valve closes, and the filtration system runs normally for filtration work, waiting for the next self-cleaning cycle to enter.
III Working principle of electric automatic sewage filter:
The electric automatic sewage filter is developed based on the mechanical automatic sewage filter. So its working principle is the same as the filtering, discharging, and working principle of the automatic sewage filter. The difference, and most importantly, is the addition of an external control and execution mechanism. Relying on this external control actuator to achieve fully automatic electric discharge.
